hi ur recepie looks good will try it but how will chole masala taste with out the chole masala powder.u have mentioned it optional. what brand instant powder did u add.if u can tell me i will try it and all credits go to u.one more thing u look beautifull in the picture

I think Batura recipe traditionally needs Yeast for fermentation- follow the directions on the Yeast packet and then leave the dough to rise for a few hours.
