This is really a lovely dish.I tried it at home, and dad liked it the most.I am planning to be an IIT engineer, but dad said that he would not mind if i became a cook as the dishes which I made inspired by you realy tasted well and good.i will be greatly obliged if you post a nice salad recipe even.Thanks shriya.

Yes lavi you can do this with cauliflower and mushroom. Sure I ll post the recipe for you.
