Hi! Im trying t figure ut hw t make a chicken dish I get at a lcal indian restaurant. Its like a curry- rranginsh/reddish in color, spicy and with potatoes. Is it masala? curry? vindaloo? I dont like cilantro. Can you help? Thank you

Hey gautam,
Thanks for visting my site. You can still try this recipe without pressure cooker but with all the steps mentioned above except the pressure cooker method you can just boil all the masalas till the chicken becomes tender and the masala smell goes off.
