		<description>This is a great restaurant style mutton curry recipe. Grinding the onions and tomatoes gives it a nice thick gravy. I added some slit green chillies as I was after a particular flavour. Definitely one for my recipe book. In Laws and wife loved it. Thanks a lot Shriya.</description>

		<description>I tried this dish on Saturday, cooked mutton for the first time in my life, and my husband, who is from Hyderabad, LOVED it and said it was one of the best lamb curries, if not the best that he has ever eaten (and he has eaten many, many lamb curries).  This is a FANTASTIC recipe.  So simple.  

My only variation was to reduce the oil to almost 1 teaspoon total.  I also reduced the black and red pepper (because I am wimpy) and cooked the lamb in a regular covered pan (which is very air  tight) and never open it, so it gives the effect of using a pressure cooker.  I'm not skilled with the pressure cooker, so I found it easier to just let it simmer on a low-medium heat for about 35 minutes.  This is an amazing recipe.  My husband said to me afterwords; "did you print the recipe?  Make sure you don't lose it!"</description>
