It has been a great connection between Coriander leaves for garnishing and Curry Leaves, Having south connection now settled in East, this recipe was awesome..
My mother and my daughter loved it. I am no cook but keep trying things in the kitchen. Thmubs up to your Spicy Mutton Curry..

Excellent recipe! I'm one of the 'phoren' Indians who never needed to cook back home and now miss home food. My wife found the dish VERY tasty.

Have made your curry almost a dozen times.... to ease up the process... I begin with the oil+cinnamon+bayleaves... then i saute onion paste in it.. add salt...then add the ginger+garlic paste.. then add the masalas... then the tomato paste... mix in the mutton... add a little water... put on pressure for 4 whistles... and amazing mutton curry ready... no matter how many times i make it... ur blog is always open on my lappy when the curry is cooking for reference :)
