hi,

Did it a little different way than yours...
1. Fry some cashew nuts and keep them aside
2. Fry garam masala (clove, cinnamon, bay leaf etc... you know) + cummin seeds
3. Add chopped onions , chillies, garlic pieces, tomatoes + turmeric + some salt
4. Add potatoes and cook them about 50 %
5. Add mutter and again cook so that potatoes are well done
6. Add coriander powder , cummin powder, (+ garam masala)
7. Add water to make a nice sauce
8. Add Paneer + some whipped cream
9. Finally add Kasoori methi

Let me know how it turned out.

Archana, welcome to SpicyTasty and thanks for stopping by! Coming from you, I take it as a great compliment. :-) Using cups as a uniform measure is a great suggestion. I will start doing that and change the ones I already have as I cook them next time.
And yes, I am south Indian as you can tell from most of my recipes.

Looks like a good recipe. I had a suggestion, all your measurements are in cups are teaspoons, but your potatoes are grams. So takes a little while to do an alternative measure. Why not just make it a cup measurement as well.
You have a nice site with nice recipes. Looks lie you are south indian :)
