hi Aloo Paratha looks great! I have never tried making this way, with the stuffing separate. You see, I never get to roll it correctly:-( I always wish I could have it that way, but end up mixing the mashed potatoes into the dough and kneading together, easy way out. Dunno when I will be able to get this way right…
