Was looking for a good kootu recipe & found your’s. I tried it & it tastes really brilliant. Im now eating it with hot steaming rice for lunch. mmmmm… yummmyyy!!!! i added beans & cauliflower since no squash at home.. bet my husband too would enjoy it for dinner with chappathi thanks a lot Nithu.
