Spring roll Bowls

Ingredients:

  • Spring rolls or wonton wrappers (readily available at the frozen section) : 10
  • Chopped chickens or chopped prawns : 1 cup
  • Onion chopped : 1tsp
  • Ginger chopped: 1tsp
  • Garlic chopped : 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce:1 tsp
  • Oil :2 tsp
  • Pepper salt as required.

Method Of Preparation:

  1. Place spring Rolls or Wonton Wrappers around the base Of a muffin tray.
  2. Brush oil in between the sheets.
  3. Shape the wrappers along the base of the muffin pan, to form bowl-shape hollows.
  4. Brush again it in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes. Remove from the tray. Cool.
  5. To prepare the filling- heat oil in pan.
  6. Stir-fry onion, ginger, garlic and chopped boneless chicken, on high flame, for 4 minutes.
  7. Add soy sauce salt, pepper,keep aside.
  8. Fill the bowls with the fillings.
