Bajji powder

Ingredients

  • Rice :1 1/4 cup
  • Urad dal : 1/4 cup(fried)
  • toor¬† dal : 1/2 cup
  • chana dal(Gram dal) : 1/4 cup
  • Red chili : 5 nos
  • Asafoetida : a pinch

Preparation

  1.  Grind all the above ingredients into a fine powder, and store it in a container.
  2. when you make bajji take this powder and make a paste (it should be like a loose paste so vegetables stick into it).
  3. And fry it in oil.
  4. If you want you can add a pinch of baking soda in that powder .
