If you are from India, you are all too familiar with the street corner bakeries and the delicious aroma that will float around that area. One of my favorite items from such bakeries is the Puff. It would be available as veg Puff , Chicken Puff or Mutton Puff. I recently made some Chicken Puff at home and everyone loved it.This is such a great appetizer that can be made easily and quickly for guests, if you had some pastry sheets in your freezer.
