Bisibelabath Powder

Ingredients

  • Coriander seeds : 1 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds : 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick : 1 ” piece
  • Cloves : 3 nos
  • Cardamom : 2 nos
  • Cumin seeds : 1/2 cup
  • Peppercorns : 5 to 6
  • Red chili : 6 to 8
  • channa dal(Gram dal) : 1 cup
  • Urad dal : 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida : 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee : 1 tsp

Preparation

Roast all of the above dry ingredients in ghee .Fry til nice aroma comes.

Grind it to a fine powder and store it in a air tight container.
