Ingredients
- Cloves : 10
- Cinnamon sticks : 2
- Cardamom : 10
- Cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds :1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds : 1 tbsp
- Kuskus : 2 tsp
- Peppercorns :1 tbsp
- Red chili :10
- Bay leaf : 2
- Ghee (Butter)
Preparation
Roast all the ingredients seperatly in ghee and let it cool for few mins .Grind them together very nicely and store it in a air tight container.Use it up to 3 months.
