Mango mousse

Mango MousseMango Mousse

Ingredients:

  • Sweetened mango pulp can – 30 Oz
  • Cool whip – 4 cups
  • Condensed milk – 1 can
  • Vanilla yogurt – 1 cup
  • Peach jello (gelatin) – 2 packets

Method of preparation:

  1. Add all the ingredients except gelatin into a container and mix thoroughly with a hand mixer (or beater)
  2. Prepare gelatin as per the instruction given at the cover of the Peach jello (gelatin)
  3. Now add the gelatin into the above mixture and combine well
  4. Refrigerate overnight and serve chill.

:) This is an easy but delicious dessert for a party.

    Is it something you find in the shops America? I am in the UK and don’t know what the equivalent is here.

  5. Cool whip is sold here in most of the American grocery shops. When I googled about it I found this information: Heavy whipped cream is less close to cool whip. Cool whip hold up or bind with the dessert more compared to heavy whipped cream. Hope this helps.

  6. I was wondering abt the size of the Jello packets..The one I have is 8 oz, so would just one packet be enough? Also should I use milk to make the Jello or water?

  7. Love your recipes. u have 4 cups of cool whip. can you give measurement please as to how many ounces that way it will be easy.
