Rasam powder

Ingredients:
- Red chillies - 15
- Coriander seeds - 3/4 tbsp
- Toor dal - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Method:
Dry roast the above ingredients in a hot pan for 30 secs and grind it coarsely.
*** Instead of dry roasting the ingredients, you can also dry them under hot sun for 5 - 6 hrs and then grind it.
