Ingredients:
- Dry red chillies – 15
- Coriander seeds – 1/4 cup
- Toor dal – 1/4 cup
- Pepper – 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder – 2 tbsp
Method:
Dry roast the above ingredients except turmeric powder in a hot pan for 30 secs and grind it coarsely.
Instead of dry roasting the ingredients, you can also dry the except turmeric powder under hot sun for 5 – 6 hrs and then grind it.
