Aloo Paratha is nothing but stuffed roti. This is one of the popular Indian bread which is served with spicy curries. Roti is stuffed with mashed potatoes and spices which makes it soft and tasty. It is very easy to make. All you need is patience to roll it slowly. After making two or three rotis, you will get hands on it. This is one of my all time favourite.
