Tomato puree

  • Allow water to boil in a vessel.
  • Add the required number of tomatoes to it. Tomatoes must immerse in the water.
  • Let it be in the boiling water for 5- 10 mins or till u can peel the skin off.
  • Remove from stove and drain the water.
  • Peel the skin off and grind it to puree.
