Tomato puree
- Allow water to boil in a vessel.
- Add the required number of tomatoes to it. Tomatoes must immerse in the water.
- Let it be in the boiling water for 5- 10 mins or till u can peel the skin off.
- Remove from stove and drain the water.
- Peel the skin off and grind it to puree.

sorry for the obvious question, but when you say “grind”, do you mean to put it in a mixer (or a blender) ?

Yes. You can either use mixer or blender.
What is the shelf life of this tomato puree.
This is a nice site. Good work.
I usually prepare it freshly when I need it. You may store for two to three days.
