Potato Podimas is a very simple recipe. You can make it in 15 minutes. It’s one of the classic South Indian dish that goes very well with Poori (a fried dough dish) or Chapathis. My mom used to make for all the festivals. I adapted this recipe from a South Indian TV show. It’s very simple yet tasty. I love mushroom and this recipe is easy to cook and you don’t need a lot of ingredients. If you eat spicy food this is the perfect recipe for you. It goes well with fried rice or even with chapathi.
